ONSITE ROLE

Position Purpose The Maintenance Coordinator 1 isresponsible for maintaining and paying invoices, coding repairswithin billing systems, and following up with shops regarding finalinvoices. The Maintenance Coordinator 1 will act as the liaisonbetween the Company s Accounting Department to ensure billinginvoices are processed timely. The intent of the MaintenanceCoordinator 1 position is to obtain the knowledge, skills, andabilities, which includes learning Company computer systems andcustomer repairs, needed to advance to the Maintenance Coordinator2 position. Position Responsibilities Employee may perform otherduties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of TransportEnterprise Leasing, LLC. Organize invoices on priority of paymentdates. Verify repairs performed were approved and funds areavailable in escrow account. Review service/repair invoices foraccuracy, as needed. Accurately decipher the invoice and use VMRScoding to input into Karmak billing system. Actively follow up onfinal invoices. Download OEM settlements, verify all invoices havebeen completed and submitted to the Accounting Department in atimely manner. Manage CTG invoices and upload Repair Order numbersinto an Excel sheet. Complete ad hoc special department projectsand other assignments as delegated by management. Provide ongoingsupport to the Maintenance team. Assist all MaintenanceCoordinators with inbound phone calls if queue times exceedacceptable limit. $1500 and two tire authorization limit. KnowledgeSkills, and Abilities To be effective in this role, the idealcandidate will have the following attributes. Truck and Trailermaintenance experience is preferred (knowledge of major componentson vehicle). Microsoft CRM, Excel, Outlook, Karmak a plus.

Strong communication skills written and oral. Effectively managemultiple tasks simultaneously Ability to provide excellent customerservice. Team oriented and able to take direction yet effectivelymanage accounts with minimal supervision. Self-motivator, takesinitiative to find and complete tasks without directives from amanager. Develop strong working relationships with otheroperational team members. Education and Experience H.S. Diploma orequivalent required. Industry experience preferred.
