THIS IS A COLLEGE RECRUIT POSITION. UNDER GENERAL DIRECTION PROVIDED BY THE MANAGER, POWER BILLING, INCUMBENT WILL SERVE IN A CROSS-FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY WORKING AMONG POWER BILLING AND REVENUE & BILLING SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES

RESPONSIBLE FOR FACILITATING AND COORDINATING NEW PRODUCT AND SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION
;
MAY PERFORM SPECIAL DATA ANALYSIS PROJECTS AND STUDIES
;
RESOLVING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ISSUES
;
ESTABLISHING, MAINTAINING AND REPORTING PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL MEASUREMENTS
;
SERVING AS LIAISON WITH INFORMATION SERVICES ON AUTOMATED SYSTEMS SUPPORT, ENHANCEMENT AND PROBLEM RESOLUTION
;
AND SERVING AS LIAISON BETWEEN POWER BILLING AND REVENUE & BILLING IN ESTABLISHING PROCESSING PRIORITIES AND IMPLEMENTING NEW PRODUCTS.
WILL
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OWNERSHIP OF SEVERAL CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS WHICH WILL ENTAIL OVERSIGHT OF THE HEALTH AND LOAD PROFILE OF COMPANY’S AND CUSTOMER OWNED ELECTRICAL REVENUE METERS.
RESPONSIBLE
FOR LEARNING METER DATA ANALYSIS, POWER PRODUCT OFFERINGS, AND POWER CUSTOMERS CONTRACTS.WILL LEARN TO ANALYZES AND DEVELOP APPROPRIATE BILLING PROCEDURES NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT NEW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, INCLUDING PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS TO MAINTAIN SOX COMPLIANCE.
WILL
LEARN TO REVIEW, ANALYZE, VALIDATE AND DETERMINE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS TO RESOLVE METER DATA ISSUES IN COMPANY’S METER DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND THE ORACLE UTILITIES BILLING SYSTEM USING MS ACCESS AND EXCEL AMONG OTHER TOOLS.
WILL
LEARN TO COMPARE CUSTOMER BILLING STRUCTURES WITH CUSTOMER CONTRACTS TO ENSURE CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS ARE PROPERLY INTERPRETED AND BILLED, MAKING APPROPRIATE REVISIONS AS NEEDED.WILL LEARN TO SETUP OR UPDATE CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS OR METER SETTINGS BASED UPON CONTRACT CHANGES, TRANSFORMER OR LINE LOSS CONSTANT CHANGES, LOAD TRANSFER INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION SUPPLIED TO POWER BILLING IN COMPANY’S BILLING APPLICATION OR METER DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
MAY
PARTICIPATE IN ISSUE RESOLUTION MEETINGS WITH CUSTOMERS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF TO ENSURE CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS ARE BEING SUCCESSFULLY MANAGED.
MUST
RESOLVE CUSTOMER ISSUES AND INQUIRIES IN A TIMELY MANNER WITH MINIMAL ERRORS.
WILL
LEARN POWER BILLING PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES TO MAINTAIN COMPLIANCE WITH SEC, SOX AND OTHER REGULATORY STANDARDS.
MAY
PARTICIPATE ON TEAMS RELATED TO NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES AND/OR CURRENT SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS

COORDINATION, IMPLEMENTATION, AND BILLING OF NEW PRODUCTS AND INITIATIVES WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, POWER SYSTEM OPERATIONS, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AS NEEDED.
WILL
LEARN TO SERVE AS LIAISON TO FACILITATE THE PROPER COMMUNICATION CONCERNING SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE, DEVELOPMENT, ENHANCEMENT, AND PROBLEM RESOLUTION

DEFINING TEST REQUIREMENTS AND COORDINATING THE REVIEW OF TEST RESULTS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL CHANGE MANAGEMENT.
