Description Inbound calls for all of CBO when needed Experience in patient customer service Taking patient payments over the phone Outbound calls to collect balances Thorough account review to determine if accounts go to outside collection agency Navigating systems, notating accounts, processing payments and adjustments Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience interacting with patients over the phone Experience reviewing patient accounts to follow up on balances Some exposure to medical billing and insurance claims
