Job Description

Description We are looking for a Billing Clerk to join our team in Hendersonville, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle high volumes of data entry while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and organize vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely input into the system.
  • Record, review, and audit spreadsheets to generate invoices based on provided data.
  • Conduct heavy data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Resolve issues and provide answers to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and statements.
  • Communicate with clients regarding updates to profiles and requests for statements or invoices.
  • Create and manage invoices while maintaining accurate account records.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online and Desktop to perform billing tasks.
  • Employ tools like Google Drive and ClickUp for project management and documentation.
  • Analyze data using pivot tables and vlookups to ensure compliance and accuracy. Requirements
