We’re looking for a Payroll and Billing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining financial accuracy while also managing billing processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Manage and process equipment billing efficiently and accurately. Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare financial reports and analyses to support decision-making. Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable transactions for accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries. Handle payroll-related tasks as needed. Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Experience & Requirements:

Brentwood, TN – based position 1+ years of experience in a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
