Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing the credit union’s lending and collections departments, driving loan growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing direct supervision to the lending and collections departments. In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor business development plans, policies, procedures, and workflows that support early intervention, promote consistency across departments, align with credit union goals, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Other duties include monitoring loan delinquency, charge-off trends, and recovery performance, using data analytics to guide proactive strategies for risk mitigation.
