This role is ideal for a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional with proven leadership in high-volume environments, a solid understanding of collection strategies, and a focus on operational excellence. As a key leader, you’ll not only manage daily operations, but also contribute to improving long-term processes, compliance, and client experience. Key Responsibilities Direct and coordinate day-to-day operatios Design and implement strategies to improve collection rates while preserving client relationships Guide, mentor, and evaluate department. Establish departmental objectives- Analyze collection data, generate performance reports, and present findings to senior leadership Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance internal systems, workflows, and customer communication Oversee special case portfolios including repossessions, legal recovery, settlements, and bankruptcy filings Qualifications & Experience Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) High school diploma or GED (required); Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in a collections leadership role Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience interpreting operational metrics Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to lead with empathy, inspire teams, and resolve complex challenges effectively Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive account information Working knowledge of financial collections software or CRM systems Why Join Us?
