You could be our Collections Manager, responsible for effective collections procedures and practices with insurance companies and clients to obtain the maximum benefits for clients. We work with multiple expanding clinic locations, so timely collections are critical to our operations. The work you will do can make a real difference in the lives of client families and kids by allowing our partners to open clinics where they are desperately needed. What You’ll Do Lead and manage the Collections team to design and implement processes to improve overall departmental function Develop and implement process change to impact cost reduction and improve efficiency Assist in claim payment processing and resolving issues with payors Review daily statistics of team performance to ensure goals are met. Ensure processes are in place to track and trend key performance indicators Provide data and reporting to senior management regarding metrics, revenue generation, insurance collections, and ad hoc reporting Work with patients and guarantors to secure payment on outstanding account balances Accept incoming calls and effectively resolve escalated client complaints Education/Experience and Other Requirements Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance 7+ years experience in healthcare collections 7+ years in management/leadership roles Experience with CollaborateMD EMR and billing software programs Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings Expertise Needed Excellent managerial and financial skills High degree of organization with strict adherence to deadlines and sense of urgency Ability to manage high-stress situations and ensure healthy relationships with client Capability to comfortably handle issues and problem accounts Benefits Three weeks of paid time off in first year (more added with tenure) Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options Generous 401(k) with employer match up to 6% Exact Billing Solutions Culture Integrity.
