This is a long-term contract position that requires strong leadership skills, adaptability, and the ability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to team management, ensuring efficiency and excellence in customer interactions and resolution processes.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day collections activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and operational efficiency. Evaluate the quality and accuracy of collections processes through regular monitoring and quality assurance checks. Lead the onboarding process for new collections staff to ensure smooth integration and alignment with team objectives. Provide guidance and coaching to collections specialists, addressing questions and fostering growth. Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution. Track team performance against predefined targets, implementing strategies to enhance productivity. Intervene in customer discussions when necessary to ensure resolutions are handled effectively and professionally. Promote continuous improvement within collections operations by analyzing workflows and recommending refinements. Collaborate with security and facility teams to maintain a safe and secure working environment. Proven experience in B2B collections and credit management. Proficiency with accounting software systems, including 3M and ADP Financial Services. Familiarity with CRM platforms and accounts receivable (AR) processes. Strong knowledge of billing functions, cash applications, and cash activity tracking. Demonstrated ability to manage teams and encourage growth and skill development. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, particularly in challenging situations. Ability to adapt to a developing and evolving workplace environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities.
