Work Shift:

Salary Exempt (United States of America) Manager, Credit and Collections Monitor receivable portfolio to proactively increase cash flow and minimize exposure to bad debt. Oversee reporting for leadership and advise on write-offs. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain relationships with credit agencies. Maintain extensive knowledge of collection laws and ensure that all policies are followed in line with state and federal regulations. Continually work to improve the organization’s debt recovery processes. Set payment collection goals and implement deadlines for invoicing and payments. Oversee the preparation of monthly reports on payment collection. Negotiate with customers as necessary in cases where continued non-payment occurs. Altium Packaging, Our Culture Differentiates Us!
