Job Description

Corporate Credit & Collections Manager BFS Associates Inc. Worcester, MA 01610 Rapidly growing, marquee company in the Worcester area is in need of a Corporate Credit/Collections. Qualified candidates will have extensive experience overseeing teams responsible for credit, collections and cash application and have worked in a consumer products environment with heavy deductions management.

Responsibilities:

Fully responsible for managing the receivables function for the company. This includes mitigating company risk utilzing various credit tools, collections of receivables, and accurate positng of daily payments Overseeing account reconcilations, customer payment disputes/issues, and new account set-ups Daily hands-on activity across all areas, both mentoring and coaching staff as well as interaction with sales, finance, distribution, etc, and building those internal relationships Work on various cross-functional projects to drive better processes

Qualifications:

Extensive experience managing teams within the functions of credit, cash application, and collections within a consumer products environment. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work closely and collaboratively across all areas of the company Experience with AR reporting, ERP, Excel Knowledge of dedcutions, chargebacks, returns from large mass merchandisers Bach degree reqiured.
