Account Resolution Corporation is a collection agency specializing in receivables management located in Chesterfield, MO. We are looking for a highly competent motivated self-starter interested in serving as a skiptracer for an organization with a 20-year history of successful customer satisfaction, and excellent customer references from small to large corporations and local/regional/national entities.

Job Description :

The purpose of this position is to serve as a Skiptracer managing the skiptracing process between our Operations team, outside counsel, and clients. Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Collaborate with the Operations team to increase and manage legal collections Provide exceptional legal assistance in collections from customers Administer multiple skip tracing systems to determine accounts meeting suit criteria Sound knowledge of third-party legal collection activities Remarkable knowledge of FDCPA and appropriate industry related regulations Provide research to determine employment and candidates who meet suit criteria. Determine effective payment plan for negotiated accounts, Maintain regular follow up on accounts, perform negotiation at the appropriate levels Competencies for

Requirements:

Collection software, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook Effective communication skills High school diploma or GED necessary. Compensation:

Hourly base. Base commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance, 401K, health club and holiday/vacation pay.
