Credit & Collections Manager Position Available In Hillsborough, New Hampshire

Description We are looking for an experienced Credit & Collections Manager to join our team in Nashua, New Hampshire. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will play a key role in managing accounts receivable processes and ensuring accurate reconciliation of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage invoice and payment reconciliation processes to maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Address and resolve historical billing issues to improve clarity and facilitate timely payments.
• Collaborate with personnel across various departments to gather necessary information and resolve account-related concerns.
• Utilize accounting software systems and CRM tools to streamline accounts receivable processes.
• Monitor and manage cash applications and activity to maintain proper account balances.
• Conduct detailed analysis of AR data to identify patterns and implement solutions for improved efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all credit and collections activities.
• Support B2B collections efforts to maintain positive customer relationships while meeting financial objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve billing functions and enhance system integration. Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and collections management or related roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including 3M and ADP Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools and their application in managing accounts receivable.
• Demonstrated expertise in B2B collections and cash application processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of resolving complex billing issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Solid understanding of accounting functions and accounts receivable operations.
• Familiarity with billing and reconciliation processes to ensure financial accuracy.
