We seek to provide accurate, timely data in a simple understandable format. Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Investigative Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to recovery operations. Your attention to detail will play a crucial part in maintaining our commitment to delivering the best customer experience. Responsibilities Accurately enter and maintain data in our systems related to repossession activities. Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats while ensuring data integrity. Support data collection efforts by compiling reports and summaries for analysis. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication. Build Data Files, Word, Excel Must build Data files Run Camera hits on units as required and document Assist managers on quick turn around requests (additional info) Locate additional Data as required Monday – Friday. Flexible Hours. Requirements Proven experience in data entry or clerical work is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Familiarity with administrative tasks and office procedures. Basic math skills are essential for verifying data accuracy. Experience with pivot tables or similar data organization tools is a plus.
