Tyler Transport, LLC is seeking a Safety Associate to be equally responsible for duties within the department. Will maintain safety records, entering and auditing drivers logs, data entry, safety meetings, and data entry of maintenance files.
Responsibilities:
Understanding of DOT HOS, and DOT Safety/Compliance Regulations Assist in processing and auditing files for corrections; contact drivers for file corrections Prepare letters and spreadsheets – MUST have advanced Excel skills. Assist monthly, quarterly, and yearly driver rewards programs Assist in accident investigations and reporting Assist monitoring all DOT roadside inspections, tickets, citations, etc. Knowledge/Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Maintain a professional appearance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Great attention to detail Problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and basic Windows programs – Experience with Excel is a MUST• Proficient in social media and basic website management skills

Requirements:
