They are currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support their operations team with accurate and timely data management. About the Data Entry Clerk role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to manage and update records related to shipping, billing, and inventory. This role involves working with spreadsheets, purchase orders, and invoices while ensuring accurate data entry across multiple systems. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of the

Data Entry Clerk:

Update and maintain pre-logged Excel spreadsheets with accurate tariff charges
Cross-reference shipping invoices with tracking numbers and purchase orders (POs)
Enter POs into the internal database and identify associated lot tracking numbers
Track inventory movement to determine production status and fulfillment details
Confirm quantities produced and calculate billing needs based on customer orders
Navigate multiple software screens to extract and input required information
Populate Excel sheets with organized, up-to-date shipment and billing data
Record detailed and accurate notes in Excel for tracking and audit purposes Qualifications of the

Data Entry Clerk:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data entry clerk or administrative support role
