Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Phone Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, delivering outstanding customer service, and performing a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive caller experience Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel Record and relay accurate messages using effective data entry practices Provide general information and support to callers regarding our services Utilize phone systems and dispatching tools efficiently to manage call flow Perform clerical tasks such as filing, maintaining office supplies, and data entry Maintain excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues Support front desk operations as needed to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors
Requirements:
Previous experience in a phone operator, receptionist, or similar customer-facing role preferred Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Familiarity with basic administrative and clerical tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in handling phone systems and dispatch software Bilingual candidates (especially Spanish/English) are highly encouraged to apply Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset
