Data Entry Clerk Fully in Office Position- Hollywood, FL (Monday-Friday)

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
Track and maintain records of COIs submitted by external vendors, contractors, and service providers. Verify compliance with required insurance types, limits, and endorsements. Follow up with external parties for missing, expired, or incomplete COIs. Perform data entry and ensure information is current in the organization’s COI management platform or Excel tracker. Maintain organized digital records in shared drives or document management systems.
Data Entry Clerk Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, associates degree preferred. Experience with administrative or compliance work, especially data entry or document tracking. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or COI tracking software. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. #
