Responsibilities Accurately input data into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Perform order entry tasks, processing customer orders in a timely manner. Maintain organized records of data entries and updates for easy retrieval. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other office software to manage data effectively. Transcribe information from various sources while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies as needed. Assist with administrative tasks as required, contributing to overall office efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately. Familiarity with order entry processes is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
