This role requires proficiency in various software applications, particularly Excel, and a strong commitment to maintaining data integrity. Responsibilities Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy. Perform order entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly transcribed. Collect and organize data from various sources for analysis. Utilize Excel features such as pivot tables to summarize data effectively. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and document management. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies. Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and efficiency. Requirements Proficiency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in order entry and transcribing information is preferred. Basic math skills for verifying data accuracy. Familiarity with office environments and administrative tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience with databases is a plus but not mandatory.
