Data Entry/Office Admin A local company in Pensacola, Florida is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry/Office Admin to join their team. In this role, you will perform various clerical tasks such as data entry, answering phones, responding to emails via Outlook, and maintaining filing systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and ensure accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use in-house computer software with Excel-like functionalities for data entry and management
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff members
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally using Outlook
- Maintain and organize filing systems
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
- Assist in various administrative tasks to support the office operations
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
- For this position, you will be paid $17/hour
- Hours for this position are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
