Job Description
Remote Description Assist in the processing of provider requests for additional reimbursement by performing data entry into company software.
- Read, interpret, and enter reconsideration information into systems accurately.
- Enter specific items from claim documents including but not limited to: Manufacturer Invoices and Implant Logs.
- Perform filing and other reconsideration support functions.
- Communicate with other employees with regards to reconsiderations.
- Understand and comply with all IT Security requirements necessary in working with designated PHI and/or ePHI.
- Perform additional duties as identified and directed by management.
