Work Schedule Work Schedule:

5 days a week 9 hours per day (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks)

Position Overview:

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for retrieving individual medical files from storage boxes, identifying required data fields within each file, and accurately entering the information into a client database. This role involves handling physical cartons intermittently and performing most duties while seated at a workstation. Performance is primarily measured by keystroke speed and accuracy. Essential Functions Maintain a consistent typing speed of 10,000 keystrokes per hour (kph) with 100% accuracy , verified through a dual-entry system. Lift and carry cartons weighing 30-50 pounds for up to 20 feet , approximately every 5-7 minutes . Lift and lower cartons from/to pallets or workstations, with lift heights between 13″ and 45″ , on the same 5-7 minute frequency. Physically move boxes 5% of the time ; the remaining 95% of work is performed from a seated position . Ensure that all files are returned to the correct box and boxes are returned to their designated pallet location. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace . Dress Code Attire must be presentable and appropriate for a professional warehouse or office environment. Qualifications Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel Experience with data entry and transcription tasks Basic math skills and clerical experience Ability to perform data collection and filing efficiently Administrative experience and knowledge of order entry processes Competence in using pivot tables and other office tools

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekends as needed
