Processing Associate Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

Job Description An employer is looking for a Processing Admin. This person will oversee the processing of payments from customers, online members, and mortgage companies. They will also process a variety of documents in order to issue or endorse membership, travel, and/or insurance accounts, or process member requests for reimbursement, etc. This persons main responsibility will be to processing payments for members as well as any other administrative tasks that are needed. They will be responsible for gathering appropriate data (new business, quotes, amendments, reimbursement requests, contractor payment data, etc.) and reviewing to ensure accuracy and completeness. They will work closely with sales representatives, insureds, mortgage companies, and others regarding ratings, premiums, billing problems and cancellations, and to obtain and verify payments, commissions, and other types of information.
