Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Olde Hickory Golf & Country Club. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient data management within our operations. The Data Entry Clerk will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of the club. Responsibilities Enter and maintain data accurately in various databases and systems. Transcribe information from source documents into electronic formats. Organize and file documents to ensure easy retrieval of information. Assist with order entry processes to support club operations. Utilize office software, including spreadsheets and pivot tables, for data analysis and reporting. Perform clerical duties as needed to support the administrative team. Requirements Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles, preferably in an office environment. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Familiarity with databases and data management systems is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
