Pay:

- Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning
- document preparation Scan hard copy files to electronic images. Ensuring a quality image. Experience candidates working with software programs who have excellent scanning and data entry skills Data entry
- Transfer data from paper formats into database systems Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures Verify data by comparing it to source documents Update existing data Document Prep
- Prepare documents for scanning (prepping) by removing staples, removing paper clips, taping ribs, inserting cover sheets, counting, numbering, and identifying different document classifications.
Accuracy is a must! People who will succeed must have: Strong organizational skills Detail Oriented Effective verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates an understanding of the importance of team work Self-motivated and has demonstrated initiative Knowledge with Microsoft Office Products Knowledge of document capture software and OnBase is a plus High school diploma or GED
