You’ll play a critical role in maintaining accurate records, entering project data, organizing documentation, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our construction business running smoothly.

Here’s the work you get to do: Enter project data, invoices, and documentation into systems with speed and accuracy Maintain organized records and digital files for job-related documents and compliance Track documentation status and follow up with internal teams or subcontractors Assist accounting and project management teams with administrative and reporting needs Provide general office support, including scanning, filing, and updating spreadsheets Here’s what makes you a great fit for this role: 1-3 years of experience in administrative support or data entry (construction industry experience a plus) Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with QuickBooks, Sage, or BuilderTrend is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reliable, punctual, and committed to team success Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data professionally Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
