Job Responsibilities:
Client service coordination (case staffing), credentialing, intake and orientation, file review, front desk support, general office duties including faxing, filing, data entry and scheduling. Verification of insurance. Accurate data entry via scheduling software
Qualifications:
It is preferable that applicants be able to read, write and speak fluent English and Spanish. Scheduling skills and administrative experience required. Must be able to organize files and staff multiple cases under time constraints when necessary. Ideal applicants should possess the ability to identify and refer replacement caregivers to cover open shifts and process heavy workload of data entry including requests for schedule changes and new authorizations in our software. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, Generations and Excel a plus.•
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Alternating weekends on-call via cellphone. Pay is based on relevant industry-specific experience
