Duties Accurately input data into databases and systems while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Perform data collection and ensure that all information is up-to-date and correctly filed. Utilize Excel for data entry tasks, including the use of pivot tables for data analysis. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to ensure easy access to information. Experience Proficiency in CBP Form 7512 data entry with a strong understanding of office procedures. Familiarity with databases and experience using Excel, including pivot tables. Basic math skills to assist in data verification processes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
