The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the efficient operation of our legal teams. Duties Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Handle subpoenas (requests) for records for legal teams Save and profile records into the case management system Perform general research to obtain information related to the retrieval of records Enter time into the case management system for work performed Follow up with providers regarding pending records Process and handle invoices, as well as send out checks. Maintain physical records organized Other duties may be assigned Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong computer skills Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
