Job Description:

We’re looking for a team player who is willing to step in and help wherever needed. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of office tasks, support other team members, and help ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and handle customer service inquiries, including providing driver updates
  • Input data into our Transportation Management System (TMS)
  • Use basic computer programs, including email and Microsoft Office
  • Assist with general office duties and support team members as needed
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally
  • Work independently, stay self-motivated, and take initiative when needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, typing, data entry)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Punctuality and strong work ethic
  • Bilingual Principals only.
