Experience with database systems and data management
Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing tools
Strong typing and data entry skills
Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
Solid communication skills—both written and verbal
A team player with a positive attitude and great customer service skills
Entering and updating data in internal systems
Bilingual Spanish Organizing and tagging records for easy retrieval
Transferring physical files into digital formats
Collecting and processing client and customer information
Maintaining and auditing the database for accuracy
Generating reports and summaries as needed
