Key Responsibilities:
+ Process customer and account documents by reviewing data for deficiencies or errors + Compile, verify, and sort information before data entry + Enter data quickly and accurately into appropriate systems or databases + Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive and proprietary information + Establish entry priorities based on project timelines and business needs + Support audits by retrieving data as requested + Maintain logs of activities and completed work + Perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of entered data + Assist with document scanning, filing, and digital record maintenance + Follow established data entry procedures and recommend improvements as needed + Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy + Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned + Respond promptly to internal inquiries related to entered data or file status + Uphold company policies, confidentiality agreements, and compliance standards
Requirements What We’re Looking For:
