The Client is looking for a meticulous and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. This job will have the following responsibilities: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in multiple systems. Verify the accuracy of information and resolve discrepancies. Organize and manage data files for easy retrieval and access. Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across functional areas. Generate reports from data systems as requested by management. Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Associate degree in business, administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a data entry specialist. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP database tools is a plus (ideally peoplesoft). Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to spot errors efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
