Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist for a banking position. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining a variety of financial and customer data in the bank’s systems. You will play a key part in supporting daily operations, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter customer, account, and transaction data into banking systems and internal databases. Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness. Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to information security protocols. Perform regular audits of data to ensure quality control and compliance. Communicate with internal departments to clarify and complete missing or unclear information. Support administrative tasks and departmental projects as assigned.
