Receptionis/Data Entry Clerk Catarineau & Givens, PA Miami, FL 33183 Overview We are small accounting firm seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The receptionist will be the primary point of contact, answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing the front desk. They will also assist with administrative tasks like filing, mail distribution, and maintaining the reception area. In addition to these tasks, you will also be doing data entry/bookkeeping into our accounting software on occasion. The ideal candidate will be an individual that can multi-task and is proficient with computers. This role requires strong clerical and time management skills. General clerical – answering phones, maintaining files, scanning, postage, mail Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources. Update and manage databases to ensure information is current and reliable. Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support team operations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling data. Qualifications Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles with a focus on data entry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer skills with competent typing speed/accuracy. Experience with Windows operating system required. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills are a must. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work performed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
