Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 3501 Quadrangle Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32817 Job Summary The Professional Services Specialist I provides responsive service to providers, insurance entities, licensing authorities, clients, and internal departments, while maintaining the provider database to ensure identification and log of information received. Focus is on accuracy of data and recognition and correction of discrepancies on all documents handled based on established processes and client requirements. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, verify and process information received into a computerized database
  • Resolve inconsistencies and review information for errors or deficiencies
  • Request further information for documents that are deemed deficient
  • Interpret, research and resolve inquiries
  • Perform routine follow-ups, by phone, email, or online websites, with Insurance Agents, Licensing Authorities, and Customers to prevent or resolve out of compliance situations
  • Keep record of tasks and files, and provides status to management
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned to support the daily business activities of the department and the company
  • Supports other functional office areas as needed to assist in the smooth flow of office operations
  • Execute job responsibilities maintaining both high level of quality and quantity
  • Uses multiple computer software programs and online websites to support the assigned responsibilities
  • Inbound and outbound calls. The average call volume is currently 10-20 per day. Most communication is via email Qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent is required
  • Minimum 6 months call center/customer service experience
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our providers and clients
  • Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment
  • Must be able to effectively and accurately communicate the written word, via email, and the spoken word, via telephone
  • Must be able to multitask, work with various computer programs at once while on the phone
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to research using traditional and online resources
  • Working familiarity of various office equipment (telephone, computer, fax, copier, etc.)
  • Must be PC proficient with basic skills in Internet, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to type 45 wpm preferred
  • Must be able to accommodate flexible work schedule based on business needs Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Ability to regularly sit and/or stand for lengthy amounts of time, bending and reaching as necessary
  • Frequent use of fingers/hands to manipulate computer, telephone and other standard office equipment
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
  • Must be able to accommodate working in a remote environment
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$17.00 – $18.00 per hour
