Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This is a Contract-to-permanent opportunity within the construction industry, offering the potential for long-term growth. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining accurate records, processing sales orders, and managing data efficiently using Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Enter sales orders into the system with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update reports using Microsoft Excel, ensuring data is current and reliable.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via email correspondence.
- Organize and manage digital and physical files to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
- Perform calculations and verify data for accuracy before submission.
- Scan and digitize documents for record-keeping and workflow efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Word to create and edit documents as needed.
- Type reports, forms, and other documents with speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data flow and error reduction. Requirements
