Process & Improvement Technician Position Available In Orange, Florida

Process & Improvement Technician Job Description Candidates will be responsible for conducting time studies to measure the efficiency and duration of production processes. Using a stopwatch, the specialist will record the time taken for various tasks and input the gathered data into Excel spreadsheets for analysis and reporting. This role plays a key part in identifying areas for improvement and optimizing production workflows. Responsibilities Conduct time studies by using a stopwatch to accurately measure the duration of production tasks and processes. Record and document data in an organized manner, ensuring precision and reliability. Input collected time study data into Excel spreadsheets, utilizing formulas and functions for analysis. Collaborate with production teams to gather insights and ensure all processes are accounted for in the study. Create clear and concise reports based on the time study data to highlight trends and inefficiencies. Support efforts to optimize workflows by providing actionable data to management.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to record data accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with data entry and basic analytics. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact with production teams and present findings. Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to help identify areas for improvement.

Schedule:

1st Shift, Monday

• Thursday, 6:00AM
• 4:30PM, Friday is available for overtime

Pay:

$16

• 17 hr.
