As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist / Office Assistant to join our team. Job Summary:

The position will handle invoicing, payment collection processes, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist walk-in and call-in customers with inquiries, appointments, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus but not required (training available).
  • Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
