Job Summary:
The position will handle invoicing, payment collection processes, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist walk-in and call-in customers with inquiries, appointments, and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus but not required (training available).
- Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
