Job Description
- I. Job Summary
- Under direct supervision, assists in administering the sales policies and procedures, and provides analytical and statistical support for the Sales Manager.
- II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Other minor duties may be assigned. Coordinates Sales programs and acts as a liaison between Sales and other departments. Coordinates maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendation of system changes. Heavy data entry. Must be proficient on various systems and accurate. Processes sales rep’s paperwork. Does various functions for the sales reps. Taking sales rep’s calls to assist them. May need to call a customer for clarification or more information in order to process paperwork. Designs forms and supervises layout and desktop publishing.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

Experience:
Two (2) years previous work experience (in addition to education requirement). Applicable experience may be substituted for education requirements.
