of South Florida by the Sun Sentinel. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our Acquisitions and Investment team. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our data operations within the investment lifecycle. You will play a key part in maintaining high-quality data inputs that support decision-making, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Input and manage deal-related data within our CRM (DealCloud or similar) Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across platforms and reports Perform data audits to identify and correct discrepancies Support pipeline tracking, investor reporting, and internal dashboards Assist with portfolio-level data aggregation and formatting for presentations Collaborate closely with the Acquisitions and Investment teams to stay aligned with deal timelines and data needs Proactively flag missing information, inconsistencies, or delays in data entry
Job Requirements:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, formatting) Experience using CRM or deal management systems, ideally DealCloud Prior experience in financial auditing, data integrity, or compliance-related roles Familiarity with private equity, real estate, or M&A deal flow terminology Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage deadlines proactive mindset

Experience in investment banking, private equity, or real estate investment environments Background in analytics or operations adjacent to investment teams
