Duties andResponsibilities:
- Accurately entering data from various sourcesinto designated databases and spreadsheets.
- Increase productivitythrough effective multitasking, prioritizing diverse workloadsaccording to deadlines.
- Build relationships with the customers byphone and email and provide continuous communication.
- Create,notate, and close actions for completed tasks and relevantinteractions with technicians, property staff, and residents.
- Escalate, track, and resolve support-related issues on specificcustomer properties.
- Updating and maintaining existing datawithin databases and spreadsheets.
- Contribute to team success byconsistently meeting and exceeding performance targets in speed,accuracy, and output volume.
Key Metrics:
Mean Time to Resolution(respond and resolve), actions, retention, activation rate withinthe properties, and Net Promoter Score.
- Collaborate with variouscompany departments to research and resolve customer issues.
- Ensure that all customer correspondence is reviewed, worked on, andresponded to or forwarded to the appropriate department within 24hours of receipt.
- Assist in resolving customer escalations.
- Assist in tracking statistical information as needed for thedepartment and compile data into reports that are submitted tomanagement in a timely manner.
- Approximately two hours of inboundphone time and two hours of job quality control.
- Position mayrequire mandatory overtime when necessary to meet company metrics.
- Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.
QualificationsKnowledge:
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry and companyoperations.
- Knowledge of all sales, installation, billing, andmonitoring systems that assist in managing our business.
- Basicknowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficientknowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook),Internet, and other computer applications.
- Knowledge of companypolicies, procedures, guidelines, and practices.
Skills:
- Mustpossess strong organizational skills and have a strong attention todetail.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication.
- Must be able to prioritize and maintain multiple assignments.
- Must be an active listener and have good note-taking skills.
- Mustbe able to take direction and perform tasks in an expedient manner.
- Must have good customer service and interpersonal skills.
