The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires proficiency in various data entry tasks, including order entry and transcribing information from different sources into our databases. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our data while supporting administrative functions within the office. Duties Accurately input and update data into databases and spreadsheets. Perform order entry tasks, ensuring all information is correct and complete. Utilize Excel to create and manage pivot tables for data analysis. Transcribe information from paper documents into electronic formats. Maintain organized records of all data entries and modifications. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and document management. Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across various platforms. Conduct regular audits of data to identify discrepancies or errors that need correction. Experience Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks. Familiarity with databases and data management systems is a plus.
