Data Entry Clerk
We are seeking recent college graduates who are eager to learn on-the-job and work closely with a successful team. This is for a brand new team and the need is immediate and high volume.
Primary responsibilities:
Downloading commission statements in PDF or Excel format, and storing them in various digital locations using file explorer.
Effectively using Outlook, especially to set up essential rules.
Communicate and explain work done as well as familiarity with computer operations clearly and professionally.
Initial weeks will be spent learning on the job and shadowing in-person and digitally to grasp the company’s workflow. Working hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM with a flexible shift to 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM if needed.
Ideal candidates need to have:
Strong organizational skills to maintain periodically-changing login credentials.
Good communication skills to articulate themselves well in a team setting.
Proactive approach towards working in this high-volume, fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
