Description We are looking for meticulous and dependable Data Entry Clerks for a contract role based in Longwood, Florida. This role involves handling critical financial data with precision, ensuring accuracy during ACH data migration, setup, and cleanup tasks. Responsibilities:

• Transfer financial transaction records accurately from one banking system to another, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Create and update new financial accounts by inputting detailed information into the designated systems.
• Perform thorough data cleanup and reconciliation to align all records with established standards.
• Safeguard sensitive financial information and maintain strict confidentiality throughout all processes.
• Adhere to regulatory and internal compliance requirements while completing assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies or other challenges.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel to organize and manage data effectively. Requirements
• Proficiency in 10-key data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with data entry processes, preferably in financial systems.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage and organize large volumes of files and information.
• Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot discrepancies effectively.
