Full Job Description Overview:
This positions requires periods of sitting using software to process remittance payments, create reports, deposit files, mail opening, scanning while providing reports and deposit files daily to the customer in a timely manner. The applicant should possess basic knowledge of Excel and Word. Be able to type and have 10 key experience. Must be able to problem solve and possess the ability to multi-task and accommodate an ever changing workflow. Duties Included but not limited to: Mail Opening Mail Sorting Scanning Payment Processing (includes data entry and balancing) Report Creation Ck 21 deposit file creation Report Delivery to the client Taking phone calls to solve customer issues Process verification
