Job Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain data in our internal systems with a high level of accuracy Compile, verify, and sort information for data entry Assist in the creation of reports and presentations using MS Office tools Provide administrative support to various departments, such as preparing and organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars Communicate with clients and vendors to gather necessary information and resolve any issues Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Strong data entry skills and proficiency in MS Office tools Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Proven ability to work accurately and with attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus, but not required The pay range for this role is: 27 – 31 USD per hour(Remote (Atlanta, Georgia, US))
