Data Entry Specialist Position Overview:

System One has partnered with a local service company that is looking for a contract Data Entry Specialist. This role provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in data management and reporting.

Job Description:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in transferring data from one system to another while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for reviewing reports, inputting data, and adhering to established processes. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with technology, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and migrate data from one system to another. Review and analyze reports for data integrity. Maintain and update spreadsheets using Excel and other systems. Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Tech-savvy with a strong proficiency in computer applications. Solid Excel skills for data entry and manipulation. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Ability to work independently and efficiently within deadlines. Prior experience with Service Titan is a plus but not required.

Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage of $17/hr. Position is fully onsite M-F 8-5 Potential for contract extension based on performance and business needs.
