Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Roswell, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and processing data to ensure accuracy and consistency. This position is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into company systems using 10-key and standard typing skills.
• Conduct detailed analysis to verify the accuracy of data entries and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure accessibility and compliance.
• Perform scanning tasks and ensure proper digital archiving of documents.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets and documents.
• Handle email correspondence related to data entry tasks and address inquiries promptly.
• Perform alpha-numeric data entry with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Assist with file organization and ensure proper categorization of records.
• Analyze data sets to identify trends or inconsistencies as needed. Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data entry or related role.
• Proficiency in 10-key typing and data entry skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with scanning and digital archiving processes.
• Strong analytical skills to perform detailed data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
